jpegxx 0.1.1 bugfix release

Just a quick note to say that I’ve uploaded version 0.1.1 of jpegxx, a C++ library for reading and writing JPEG images.
0.1.1 is a bug-fix release. There is no new functionality.
Thanks to Kyle for spotting the missing #include!
