opqit 0.1.1 released

Happy new year!
I haven't updated in a while, but I have a few posts waiting in the wings. In the meantime, I have updated opqit to incorporate a patch kindly sent to me by Saulius Menkevičius in order to support Microsoft Visual C++ 2003 aka MSVC 7.1.
