sigfwd 0.1.1 and fungo 0.1.2

I've tagged sigfwd version 0.1.1 and fungo version 0.1.2 over the last couple of days due to problems discovered in the field.
sigfwd now has much better support for connecting Qt signals to functors created with boost::bind. It also behaves a bit better when compiled against older versions of boost.
A colleague discovered a compilation error in fungo that arises on systems where sizeof(unsigned) < sizeof(void*). Thanks, Jo!
