slam 0.2.7 and opqit 0.1.0

I've managed to massage my opaque iterators code in to a reasonable state so it now has a permanent home. It will still need some attention (refactoring) at some point in future, but it's working nicely as is.
I've also made a couple of bug-fixes to slam recently. I recommend upgrading to 0.2.7 if you happen to be an existing user.
